Gift Card Setup

Note: This is a Modified Plan feature. If you are on a lower level plan, use of this feature may change your per-ticket usage rate to the associated higher rate.

This article will assist you with establishing a general gift card product so you can then set them up for sale at both your online and on site points of sale.

Step 1 - Contact Trackside Systems

If you would like to make gift cards available to your customers, there is a setup process involved in building this product. Currently Trackside Systems is handling the setup of them. You must also be on the Modified or Pro plan to access this feature. Email contact@tracksideapp.com to have this enabled for you.
