Note: This is a Modified Plan feature. If you are on a lower level plan, use of this feature may change your per-ticket usage rate to the associated higher rate.

This article will clarify some of the prerequisites required to sell your gift cards at the Point of Sale.

Prerequisites

1. You must have the gift card product configured. See Gift Card Setup.
   
2. To create Point of Sale mappings, you must be assigned one of the following roles within Trackside:
   - Customer Admin
   - Point of Sale Admin
3. If you are going to sell hard card gift cards, you must order hard card gift cards from Trackside Systems ahead of time. Email contact@tracksideapp.com . For the options that will be made available to you, see Hard Card Gift Card Options.
