Hard Card Gift Card Options

Note: This is a Modified Plan feature. If you are on a lower level plan, use of this feature may change your per-ticket usage rate to the associated higher rate.

This article will give you a preview of the hard card gift card ordering options that will be made available to you through Trackside Systems.

As a reminder, the standard method of gift cards is digital for online and are delivered to your customers via email. In person at the point of sale, gift cards will be printed out on the receipt. There are no additional fees for these forms of gift cards beyond the tier to access the feature. Hard cards are simply offered as an option for organizations wanting a physical card that can be gifted.

Your Hard Card Gift Card Options

In order to sell hard card gift cards through the Trackside Point of Sale, QR Codes will have to be generated that match the cards that you're going to be handing to your customer. Trackside Systems will provide these cards to you at the current rates given your needs for the gift card design.

Fully custom designs are also available and require an additional one time setup fee. After your design is set up, you can always order more at the standard rate of the cards. Changes to the design will incur the setup fee.
