Coupons (Modified Plan Feature)

Note: This is a Modified Plan feature. If you are on a lower level plan, use of this feature may change your per-ticket usage rate to the associated higher rate.

This article will show you the Coupons tab in the User Profile you access from the People Page.

Step 1 - Navigate to User Profile

First we need to get to the People Page. Once you're logged in, Click the People tab in the Management Menu to get there.

From there, you will use the filters to find the user you need as was discussed in Find & View a Customer Account. Once you've found the user, click on their username to get to their profile.

Step 2 - Explore Coupons

Once you're on the User Profile, click the Coupons tab to view coupon activity on the account.

The Coupons tab shows current and recently expired coupons, as well as orders that coupons were used on. You can view order details for orders the coupons were used on by clicking the order number. Order details will be covered more in Orders & Order Operations.
