My Trackside Handheld Receipt Printer isn't Printing

This article will assist you in troubleshooting the receipt printer malfunctioning on the Trackside Handheld.

Step 1 - Ensure Printer Paper Loaded Correctly

The printer paper in the Trackside Handheld should be 2 1/4 inch x 50 ft (57mm x 15.25m) thermal paper. Thermal paper is only made to print on one side. See Loading Paper in the Trackside Handheld for assistance on how to orient the paper.
