User Info by Event

Below you will find information relating to the filters and column data found in the User Info by Event report and will provide a basic understanding of how it works and where the data is drawn from.

FILTERS/TOOLS

Product

The product drop-down select list is used to filter user information by a specific event or product. Items in the select list are ordered by oldest event to latest.

COLUMN DATA

Ticket Type

The ticket type column displays what category or type of ticket is being shown in a particular row. In the case of a ticket sold to a spectator, a ticket type might be something like VIP or General Admission while a participant ticket reflects as a Driver or Competitor etc.

Order#

The order# column displays the order number for each row that follows a pattern of either WEB-# or POS-#, where WEB indicates the order was completed online and POS via a cash or credit in-person transaction.

Vehicle

The vehicle column displays what vehicle a participant is going to (or did) compete with during a race event. This will of course only display for events/products selected for participants. If you are filtering the product/event column by a spectator item, this column will display N/A.

First Name

The first name column shows the first name entered of the participant or spectator during event registration.

Last Name

The last name column shows the last name entered of the participant or spectator during event registration.

Email

The email column displays the email address of the user account that purchased the ticket. This is entered during account registration.

Phone

The phone column displays the phone number of the user account that purchased the ticket. This is entered during account registration.

Street Address

The street address column displays the address of the user account that purchased the ticket. This is entered during account registration.

City

The city column displays the city of the user account that purchased the ticket. This is entered during account registration.

State

The state column displays the state of the user account that purchased the ticket. This is entered during account registration.

Zip Code

The zip code column displays the zip code of the user account that purchased the ticket. This is entered during account registration.
