General Admission Ticket Product

A General Admission Ticket Product is the overall Product for all of your spectator or general admission tickets for an event. This is the Product, and any separate tickets you offer for various attendees that are non-participants are treated as a Variation (ie child, senior, VIP). See Ticket Types for adding Variations to your General Admission Ticket Product. These are bought from the Event Listing Page and can be found on the Product Page. These are generated with the Event Setup Assistant and not the Product Setup Assistant.

It's important to understand the relationship between Event Listings, Participant Registration Products and General Ticket Products!

Think of it like this: one single "event" is actually composed of three things:

  1. Event Listing Page
  2. Participant Registration Product
  3. General Ticket Product

An Event Listing Page displays your event's main information, and then LINKS your customer to one or two products - a Participant Registration Product and/or a General Ticket Product.
