I'm Having Trouble With My Scanner

First - Check Charge

The easiest check for this is to verify that the scanner has some level of charge. If it's dead, it's not going to connect. You can place your cursor in any text box and scan the Battery Life QR code on the Scanner Setup Sheet. The scanner is charged by the USB connection inside the bottom of the handle if you need to charge it, and you can continue to use it in wired mode while it's charging.

Second - Check Dongle #s if Applicable

Secondly you can check that someone hasn't picked up the wrong scanner by accident by verifying the dongle number in the scanner you're using matches the one in the PC. They should be the same number. These can not be paired to a new dongle. If the dongle is lost, the scanner will no longer be able to be used wirelessly with the dongle.

Third - Reconnect Scanner

Try reconnecting the scanner.
