Date

This article will show you how to edit a General Admission Ticket Product date for an event you've previously set up in the Event Setup Assistant. This article follows previous articles in this chapter showing how to navigate to editing General Admission Ticket Products. See Find & Edit a General Admission Ticket Product from Event Listing or Find & Edit a General Admission Ticket Product from Product Page for how to reach this menu.

Note that this is for the General Admission Ticket Product only, and will only be applicable to non-participants.

If you are changing the event date, you'll also need to change the date on the Event Listing page linked to this General Admission Ticket Product, as well as the corresponding Participant Registration Product (if applicable). To do so, see Edit a Participant Registration Product (Event Date) and Edit an Event Listing (Event Date).

You can also edit the dates applicable for your tickets. This is mostly informational. It should be set up to be for the dates you plan on having ticketed non-participants at your event.
